July 30, 2006 CONTINUATION… Once past Preda I followed the path down valley until I came to a gorge which dropped sharply for several hundred feet. This gorge is where the famous railroad circular tunnels and many arching stone railroad bridges are located. The trail followed a circuitous path down along the gorge and then emerged in the valley below and continued on through forest and farmland to the village of Bergun/Bravuogn (1367m – 4485ft).
July 30, 2006 CONCLUSION From Bergun/Bravuogn the trail followed a line through forest, along the hillside above the valley before descending once again into farmlands and along the valley floor into Filisur (1032m – 3386ft).
