Bolzano Hutte to Rifugio D’ Antermoia
July 5, 2008 We left the comforts of the spacious Bolzano Hutte after breakfast (7:45a) and began traversing the huge undulating plateau southeast through grass and boulders. After about a mile and a half we came to the edge of the plateau. From here the trail dropped sharply to a traverse below rocky cliffs. After a few minutes the trail eased and continued on to the Rifugio Alpa di Tires (2440m – 8005ft) (9:45a).
